Wendys' Favorite Core Training
About one year ago, I moved to Colorado and decided to really ramp up my triathlon training.  So, I joined Wendy at BecomeFit for the TRX class.  This class has really helped me gain core strength and target my weak areas.  TRX is great for functional training in season and out of season.  It really helps you build and strengthen the muscles that are not used during the normal swimming, biking, or running activities. 

As a group exercise junkie, I enjoy the group aspect of TRX.  It really helps keep me motivated and pushes me to become a stronger athlete.
I no longer teach TRX at BecomeFit for FREE. InsteadO TRX and join me Tuesday and Thursday at the Fort Collins Club 11-11:50am with your TRX.
